This Easter Vacation we made a trip to Delaware to spend time with my Dad and his wife Marj. It was the most relaxing vacation I think we have ever had! We made it to D.C. for a day and the kids were able to color and hide Easter Eggs which was a big deal to them as Mexico does not have this tradition. We made another trip to Philedelphia to tour a submarine which was very similar to the one my dad was stationed on for 20 years in the Navy. That was the highlight of the trip and I learned more about my dad on that tour! We managed to make it down to the beach for a quick visit, you don't realize how much you miss it until you move away from it. We are grateful for family and hold tight to the memories.
